The Full Body Support is not a mattress, but is placed on top of a good quality, conventional firm mattress, under the bottom sheet. You then place your regular pillow on top of your Full Body Support,adjusting the height until you feel comfortable. With the Full Body Support you can sleep comfortably both on your back and side. Lightweight and portable, the Full Body Support systems are available in different sizes determined by your body’s hip measurement.
